Therapeutic Services for Women or Couples
First Appointment - $50 for a one hour session: 15 minutes intake and 45 minutes bodywork.
Integrative massage - $75 for a sixty minute session. Longer sessions available for $15/15 minutes extra.
Focused massage - $75 for an hour session. Longer sessions available for $15/15 minutes extra.
Structural bodywork - $105 for a 90 minute session.
Hot stones massage - $95 for an hour. $20 for every additional 15 minutes.
Visualization and guided inner sensation - This can be done with or without slow massage work
Certifications - Anora McGaha is Nationally Certified and Licensed by the state of North Carolina as a massage therapist. She is also certified to offer a three series of structural bodywork by KMI. Additionally Anora has studied trauma relief and has received hundreds of hours of different bodywork therapies, all profoundly informing her work.
Other certifications that local therapists might have include medical massage, as taught by Ralph Stephens, pregnancy massage or reflexology as taught by Claire Miller; sports massage as taught by George Kousaleos; St. Johns Neuromuscular Therapy; Trigger Point Therapy; or Craniosacral Therapy to name the most common ones. Anora is not certified in these methods.
Out-Call Visits - $115 for one hour, average. Could be less if nearby, or more if farther away. Includes bringing a table, music, sheets, oil and blanket. Everything needed.
Events - Whatever your events, if offering your guests a quiet time to reconnect with their breath and lighten their load, we can provide 1 - 4 people to come to your site in the Triangle area. A charge for travel applies.
Couples massage tutoring session - $105 for a 90 minute session. Guided tutorial on some basic and wonderful massage techniques that two partners can do for each other. (all non-sexual)
Aromatherapy available for a small extra charge: eucalyptus, spearmint, lemon, orange and lavender.
