Massage Therapy Services
Triangle Massage Therapist Anora McGaha gives an excellent 1 hour massage. She draws from these techniques and traditions:
Integrative massage for a feeling of wholeness
Focused massage focusing primarily on one or a few areas of discomfort
Structural bodywork deep stretching of the fascia layer accompanied by movement that opens up mobility and ease in the area worked on
Visualization and guided inner sensation to engage your thoughts and increase your awareness of your sensations at a conscious and subconscious level
Aromatherapy is included to fully invite your senses into the present
If you’re interested in a Hot stones massage, 90 minute sessions run $20 over the 90 minute rate. We use black rounded river stones that hold the heat. The heat, weight and smoothness of the stones is deeply soothing and relaxing
