Private Setting
Apex Massage for Women is a private therapeutic massage practice serving women in the Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, New Hill and South Raleigh community. In a serene quiet space with private bathroom, essential oils and shea butters, with a heated pad, you will be able to come home to yourself and find your peace again.
A Clear Intention
The name on the web address, “Clear Being”, highlights the intention of having massage and bodywork bring clarity to being, the whole of us, our body, mind, heart and spirit.
Come get a massage to relieve pain, stress and anxiety, and discover a world of well-being, almost magical, an ease and comfort that we lose track of in day to day life. Massage reawakens our Qi, our energy, our spark, letting us feel alive from the inside out.
Specialties
I specialize in working with people in pain or highly stressed. I am also a body educator, or an embodiment educator; someone who helps people increase their sensory awareness and their understanding of the integration of our body, heart, mind and spirit. You can read more about me on my Experience page.
